ReplyDeleteI wouldn't have thought to put eggs and jam together, but usually I eat toast with eggs. Sounds about the same, just with no bread. Therefore, it makes sense. Thanks for the recipe!
ReplyDeletethink of it like this... german pancakes or hootenanny pancakes are mostly eggs with just a little bit of flour and a little milk. and u serve em' w/ jam. so thats basically what this "sweet omelet" is, just omitting that small amount of flour!! so whats cool, is this is also a way that people w/ Gluten allergies can eat a german pancake
