THIS WEEK'S CRAVINGS #58 (CHRISTMAS BAKING) and Crunchy Chocolate Mint Balls

THIS WEEK'S CRAVINGS Linky Party
CHRISTMAS BAKING (Sweets, Treats, Candy & Gift Ideas)
Crunchy Chocolate Mint Balls
Here is a quick delicious treat. Make some to give away to family and co-workers or just make them to enjoy with your family over your favorite Christmas movie. Enjoy!

Crunchy Chocolate Mint Balls
from Taste of Home Magazine - Amanda Trief

1 pkg (10 oz) mint chocolate chips (the pkg of 1/2 mint & 1/2 chocolate chips worked perfect)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1-1/4 cups chocolate wafer crumbs, finely crushed
White Jimmies

Melt mint chocolate chips in a microwave safe glass bowl until almost melted (usually under 1 minute). Add in melted butter and condensed milk; stir until smooth. Add in crushed wafers and mix. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until easy to handle.

Roll into 1" balls, I like to use my 1 tbps metal scoop. Roll in jimmies and place on waxed paper. Freeze until firm. Store in a ziploc bag or container in the freezer until ready to serve.
